Hi, I’m Lisa Gröning a marketing leader with 10+ years of experience across agency and brand environments. I am specialized in culture-led and community marketing, content and media strategy as well as insight-driven storytelling that turns relevance into measurable performance and business impact.

I see content not as an output, but as a strategic growth system that aligns customer needs, cultural credibility and commercial goals. As a senior leader, I build and empower high-performing, diverse teams, combining strategic clarity, well performing creativity and leadership to deliver results at scale.

I was named W&V Top U 33 recognizing emerging leaders shaping the future of marketing and media, because I believe in challenging the status quo.

Beyond my professional role, I co-lead the IVY Female Collective in Hamburg, supporting women through community, sponsorship and shared growth. On top of this I founded _zenclub, a mental wellness community for high performers combining my work as a yoga teacher and systemic coach to create spaces for focus, balance and sustainable success.
